We have written about the PGA’s participation with the Audubon International Cooperative Sanctuary Program to improve its member golf courses’ wildlife impact. Individual courses are partnering with biologists and the Audubon International’s consultants to create effective wildlife habitats in water and landscape features, including desert courses as in Las Vegas. Casualmere® has been happy to discover these important PGA efforts …and we hope to see all golf courses, public & private in participation. This blog is about the PGA signature facility golf resort.

A golf vacation at PGA National is not complete without teeing it up and experiencing the “Bear Trap” – the legendary 15th, 16th, and 17th holes at The Champion – considered by many as the toughest three hole stretch in golf. Buy lots of balls for this experience… and wear Casualmere® as you will be sweating it out …you may as well look good & feel good in breathable bamboo for your humiliation.

The Spa features 32 private treatment rooms in a 40,000-square-foot facility of Mediterranean design. There is a full-service hair salon and the Waters of the World Café, featuring Chef’s Spa cuisine by the pools.
For the many of you “geographically challenged” the location of the PGA Resort in Palm Beach Gardens is on the east Florida coast, north of Miami, just East of Lake Okeechobee. If you are familiar with Ft. Myers on the west coast…Palm Beach Gardens is directly on the opposite side of Florida.
